You are welcome to visit our showroom, where we have a good representation of our product lines.
Should you wish to view a specific item, please contact us to confirm whether we have it in the showroom.
The showroom is open 7 days a week. Please click Store Location for our showroom location.
Ordering
We ONLY accept ordering at our showroom at this moment because we encourage our customer to "feel and touch" our furniture before placing your order.
Payment Methods
We accepts Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, Cash and Cheque at our showroom. Alternatively, you can bank in and fax the bank-in slip to us if you are not convenient to pop in our showroom.
Transportation & Installation Charges
(a) Klang Valley area
Blue Sticker Item : RM 60
Without Blue Sticker : RM 60 (applied if purchase less than RM500)
Without Blue Sticker : Free of Charge (applied if purchase more than RM500)
Note: If there is purchase of mixed product which with and without bluesticker, transportation & installation charges will be applied.
(b) Outside Klang Valley area
Please consult our sales consultant for further information.
Estimated Delivery Lead Time
We will deliver the goods within 3 days after receipt of FULL payment. Our customer services department will contact you to confirm a delivery time to your convenience for orders of furniture. Please ensure that there is adequate accessibility for your purchase. We cannot be held liable for inaccessibility of furniture at delivery address. We may have to charge at cost for any subsequent second delivery due to inaccessibility. All lead-times are estimates only. We are unable to accept liability for failure to deliver within quoted times, or any consequential losses as a result of late delivery.

Damaged Items
All goods must be signed for on delivery. Please inspect goods when you take delivery of them, and make note of any damage when you sign for them, and then contact us immediately. For goods that you are unable to inspect on delivery, please sign as “unchecked for damage” when you sign for them and contact us immediately in the event of any damage. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at 03-3342 5046 or e-mail us at cs@bahagia-furniture.com. It is helpful to us if you have photos of the damage. We cannot be held responsible for damages after this period.
Returns
Should you find that you have purchased something that is not to your liking, please write to us within 7 days (from delivery date). Goods must be unused and in their original packing. We will arrange for collection. Once goods are in our possession and we have confirmed that they are in re-saleable condition, we will refund your payment minus any return collection costs. Goods marked as “Special Order” cannot be returned. Items classed as Special Order will be noted in your sales receipt. Special Order goods are high value goods that manufacturers make to order and that are not standard.
Cancellation/ Refund
(a) Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order prior to delivery by contacting our showroom office.
The 30% deposit for special order merchandise is not refundable or transferable.
(b) Refund Policy
If you paid by cheque or cash, our corporate office will issue a refund by cheque. We do not make cash refunds.
• Due to the time required for banks to process cheque, we can issue a refund cheque no sooner than 14 days from receipt of a customer's cheque.
• The 30% deposit for special order merchandise is not refundable or transferable.
If you paid by debit or credit card we will issue a credit to that card.
From time to time, we may make changes to materials, specifications and prices without prior notification. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may contain pricing, typography, or photography errors. Correct prices and promotions are validated at the time your order is placed at our showroom. Please note these policies apply only to products sold by the Perabot Bahagia & Bahagia Homestore.
